Combining with the manufacturing process of the penstock in the renewal and reconstruction project of Jiamakou Pumping Station on the Yellow River, the paper illustrates the quality control of the manufacturing process for the penstock, and points out some ideas and suggestions, so as to ensure the manufacturing quality of the penstock.%结合夹马口引黄泵站更新改造工程压力管道制作过程，主要就压力钢管制作过程中质量控制进行全面阐述，同时提出自己的看法和一点建议，以确保压力钢管制作质量。
