校企合作式人才培养模式的研究与实践

摘要

根据教育部＂卓越工程师教育培养计划＂对应用型人才培养理念的要求,进一步探索学校和企业联合的人才培养模式,分别阐述了校企合作人才培养模式的内容、形式、实施的方法及其对提高大学生工程实践能力的作用,指出校企合作人才培养模式将学校理论教育与企业实际需求相结合,能够强化学生的工程能力和创新能力。%According to the requirements of the applied talent training idea in "Excellent Engineering Education and Training Plan" by Education Ministry, the paper explores the talent training model with the university and enterprise cooperation, illustrates the contents, the forms and the implementation of the talent training model with the university and enterprise cooperation and its role in improving the engineering practice capacity of college students, and points out the talent training model with the university and enterprise cooperation will combine the theoretic education of universities and the factual demands of enterprises, and improve the engineering capacity and innovative ability of students.
