谈房地产企业成本控制

摘要

In light of the cost control issue of real estate enterprise, the paper briefly describes internal enterprise cost management system con- struction, and puts forward cost control methods at design phase, bidding phase and construction phase, so as to effectively control cost and to achieve great economic benefits for the enterprises.%针对房地产企业的成本控制问题,从加强企业内部成本管理体系建设方面作了简述,并提出了设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段的成本控制方法,从而有效控制成本,使企业取得良好的经济效益。
