从质量管理的重要性着手,结合企业实行全面质量管理的实践,总结了施工企业实行全面质量管理应采取的措施,指出进行预防性质量控制应贯穿于施工的全过程中,从而完善质量管理体系,使工程建设走向国际化轨道。%Starting from the significance of quality management, combining with comprehensive quality management practice implemented in enterprises, the paper summarizes measures needing implemented in comprehensive quality management, and points out that preventive quality control should be implemented in overall construction process, so as to improve quality management system and to internationalize engineering construction.
