关于西部县域房地产企业发展现状的调查

摘要

通过对勉县县域房地产企业相关数据的调查,在国家房地产市场调控政策的指导下,分析了县域房地产企业发展中存在的问题,鉴于县域房地产企业发展的现状,提出国家应对县域房地产企业的发展予以一定政策方面的支持。%Through investigating relevant real estate enterprise data in Mian county region, under the guidance of national real estate policy control, the paper analyzes the problems existing in real estate enterprise development in county region. In light of the real estate development status in county region, it suggests that the state should provide some supporting policies for real estate development in county region.
