建设工程监理发展现状与思考

摘要

In order to further promote the healthy development of domestic construction engineering supervision industry, the paper deeply analyzes the construction engineering supervision, supervision charging, supervisors＇ quality and supervision enterprise management, and puts forward some measures in view of the system itself and government supervision, so as to further regulate the orderly development of construction engineering supervision industry%为更进一步推动我国建设工程监理行业的健康发展,对建设工程监理的认识、监理费的收取、监理工程师的素质、监理企业的管理这几个方面进行了深入剖析,针对制度本身、政府监管方面提出了措施,从而使这一行业规范有序发展。
