建筑安装工程保修问题及思考

摘要

The study introduces the maintenance procedure of the architectural installation projects,illustrates the material selection principle of installation projects,the reasons for hidden hazards,and the precaution for the concealed projects by combining with the engineering practice,and points out the factual measures to lower the cost during the maintenance period of the architectural installation project,so as to direct the practice.%简要介绍了建筑安装工程维修流程,结合工作实践,分别阐述了安装工程材料选择原则,安全隐患产生的原因及隐蔽工程注意事项等内容,并提出了建筑安装工程运营维护期降低使用成本的具体措施,以指导实践。
