Taking the reality environment of modern architecture market for frame,resulting from unbalanced quotation background,this paper described the expression forms and application characteristics of unbalanced quotation,analysed the unbalanced quotation reasons,and according to the features of current power transmission project construction enterprises,gave the types,techniques and models of unbalanced quotation,in order to make the enterprise to obtain the maximum economic benefit.%以现代建筑市场现实环境为框架,从不平衡报价的产生背景入手,叙述了不平衡报价表现形式及应用特点,对产生不平衡报价原因进行分析,并针对当前输变电工程施工企业的特点,给出了不平衡报价的类型、技巧和模型,以使企业获得最大的经济效益。
