Combining with the work practice,the study explores the management points for the engineering programs of modern construction enterprises,illustrates the contract management,the program management model,the cost management,the supervision and inspection,and the coordinative communication respectively,and points out many factors are involved in the engineering program management,so the comprehensive consideration and the full-sided and whole-process control should be considered.%结合自身工作实践探讨了现代施工企业工程项目管理要点,分别阐述了合同管理,项目管理模式,成本管理,监督考核,沟通协调五方面注意事项,指出工程项目管理涉及多方面因素,应综合考虑,全方位、全过程控制。
