谈桥梁工程项目成本的管理

摘要

结合现阶段企业对桥梁工程的管理做法,重点从直接费的角度对成本进行剖析,深入探讨桥梁工程的成本控制和管理,通过有效的控制使企业的可控利润和总体目标得以实现,真正实现了成本控制在施工过程中能够合理有效的实施。%Combining with the management practices of present stage enterprise to bridge construction,this paper mainly made analysis on cost from the direct cost,in-depth discussed the cost control and management of bridge construction,through the effective control to made the enterprise achieve controllable profit and overall goal,made the cost control real reasonable and effective implementation in the construction process.
