谈对建筑工程造价全过程控制的认识

摘要

在建立目标成本动态管理体系的基础上,论述了工程在设计、招投标、竣工审核等方面的相应措施,从而实现投资、工期及质量三大控制目标的有机统一,使工程造价控制在合理范围内。%Based on establishing target dynamic cost management system,the paper discusses corresponding measures in the aspects of engineering design,bidding and construction auditing and so on,so as to realize the unity of investment,construction schedule and quality and to control the engineering cost within rational domain.
