The study introduces the adoption of the turbidimetry to test the available sulfur of soil,illustrates the equipment,main reagents,and the test methods which are needed for the test,discusses the test results,and points out the simple and fast method has less toxicity,so it can be used in a large amount of tests.%针对如何采用比浊法测定土壤中有效硫进行了介绍,分别阐述了试验所需仪器、设备、主要试剂、试验方法等内容,并对试验结果作了讨论,指出该方法简单快速,试剂毒性小,适合大批量测试工作。
