应用PLC改造大型板料刨边机床电控系统

针对大型板料刨边机床电控系统存在的问题,提出了对电控系统实施PLC改造方案,详细说明了改造的具体方法,包括硬件电路组成、程序设计及抗干扰措施等,从而更好地满足了实际生产的需要,提高了经济效益。%According to the problems in the electronic control system of large-scale sheet edge-planing machine,the study points out the implementation of PLC scheme to reconstruct the electronic control system,indicates the factual methods for the reconstruction,including the components of the hardware circuits,the program design,and anti-interference measures,so as to meet the factual production＇s demands and improve the economic benefits.
