摘要

The paper firstly analyzes the reasons for the expansive soil and its basic features,sums up the common methods for the design principles of the building structure at expansive soil areas and the common methods for the foundation treatment by combining with the engineering examples,so as to provide the direction for the architectural design and construction at expansive soil areas in future.%首先分析了膨胀土的成因及基本特性,然后结合工程实例对膨胀土地区的建筑结构设计原则及地基处理的常用方法进行了分析总结,为今后膨胀土地区的建筑设计及施工提供指导。
