谈房地产管理信息化建设

摘要

This paper describes the important role of real estate management in regulating real estate market,analyzes the necessity of informatization construction of real estate management,points out status and existing problems of informatization construction of domestic real estate management,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.%阐述了房地产管理对于规范地产市场的重要作用,分析了房地产管理信息化建设的必要性,指出了我国房地产管理信息化建设现状及存在问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。
