从竣工结算全过程出发,着重从工作目标、基础资料、结算文件、结算环境、总分包共赢、索赔创效收益的落实进行了论述,以寻找提高项目竣工结算收益的途径,实现项目效益的最大化。%To begin with the whole settlement of the completed project,the paper mainly discusses working target,fundamental data,settlement document,settlement environment,mutual win of total contract and sub-contract,claim and benefit-making,with a view to seek for the way to improve the settlement and revenue of completed project and to realize maximum project interest.
