结合云桂铁路广西田东段的隧道工程实例,介绍了软岩短隧的工程特点,并对洞口段施工、超前地质预报、开挖作业、超前支护等环节的施工技术控制要点作了具体阐述,为今后类似工程提供了一定指导。%Combining the tunnel project example at Tiandong section of Guangxi along Yun-Gui railway,the paper introduces the engineering features for the weak surrounding rock tunnel,as well as the control points for some construction technique,including the construction at the portal section,the advanced geological forecasting,the excavation,and the advanced support,so as to provide certain direction for similar projects in future.
