EPC总承包模式在校舍加固工程中的应用

摘要

分别针对EPC总承包模式的特点、相关政策、优势等进行了分析,介绍了工程总承包组织管理要件特征及原则,并具体阐述了工程总承包模式在北京市门头沟区校舍抗震加固项目中的应用,以促进EPC模式的进一步推广。%The paper analyzes the features of the EPC general contracting model,the relative policies,and its advantages,introduces the features and principles for the organization and management of the EPC general contracting model,and illustrates the application of the EPC general contracting model in the anti-seismic and consolidation projects for the campus dormitories at Mentougou of Beijing,so as to enhance the further application of the EPC model.
