嵌岩灌注桩的施工技术及质量控制

摘要

通过对离军高速第五合同段三川河7号大桥236根桩基的施工,以及根据山西省高速公路建设指挥部关于离军高速三川河7号大桥的施工指导意见,从而全面总结了嵌岩的承载原理、人工挖孔的施工工艺及质量控制,在不同工程地质、成桩工艺条件下进行了阐述,以期为类似工程提供指导。%According to the construction of the 236 pile foundations at Sanchuang River No.7 Bridge at the Fifth Contract Section along Lishi-Jundu Expressway and the construction direction suggestions for the Sanchuan River No.7 Bridge along Lishi-Jundu Expressway,the paper sums up the loading principle for the embedded rock,the construction craft for the manual hole digging and its quality control,and undertakes the illustration under the various geological condition and pile craft,so as to provide the direction for similar projects.
