地下室渗漏水原因及预控措施探讨

The paper illustrates the waterproof issue of the basement and the importance of the basement waterproof,analyzes the reasons for the leakage at the waterproof concrete of the basement and its waterproof layers respectively,and points out the measures and methods to prevent and treat the waterproof concrete and the waterproof layers of the basement,so as to direct the practice.%阐述了地下室的防水问题及地下防水的重要性,分别分析地下室防水混凝土出现渗漏和地下室防水层出现渗漏的原因,并根据渗漏原因提出了地下室防水混凝土和防水层防止及防治渗漏的措施、方法,以指导实践。
