结合我国某大型国有建筑企业实际,对公司治理中存在问题进行了分析,提出了优化股权结构、归位董事会职能、创新监督机制等思考和对策,以完善该企业法人治理结构。%Combining with the fact of some large-scale state-owned architectural enterprise in China,the paper analyzes the problems in the corporate governance,and points out the consideration and strategies for the optimization of the ownership structure,the returning of the board,and the innovative supervision mechanism,so as to improve the management structure of legal person.
