Combining with the engineering example,the paper indicates the differences of the inner surface condensed water of basement walls and leakage,analyzes the reasons for the condensed water of the lateral walls at underground garage and its influence on the functions,and points out the prevention measures and treatment for the condensed water,so as to ensure the functions of the underground garage.%结合工程实例,说明了地下室外墙内表面冷凝水与渗漏的区别,详细分析了地下车库外侧壁冷凝水产生原因及对使用功能的影响,同时提出了冷凝水的防治措施和处理方法,以确保地下车库的使用功能。
