谈水利工程中的业主方质量管理

摘要

Combining the features for the irragation works,the paper analyzes the problems in the quality management of the owners in the irragation works construction,and points out some suggestions for the current status of the quality management of the irragation works construction and the methods,so as to provide some ideas for the quality management personnel for the irragation works.%结合水利水电工程特点,分析了水利工程建设过程中业主方质量管理工作中存在的问题,就业主方水利工程施工质量管理的现状及方法提出了几点建议,从而为水利工程质量管理人员提供了一些思路。
