谈工程项目合同管理中存在的问题

摘要

介绍了工程合同及合同管理在工程项目建设过程中的作用，结合目前我国工程项目合同管理现状分析了管理中存在的问题，并针对性地提出了相应措施，指出应树立合同风险意识，建立索赔管理机制，建立专业化管理团队。%The paper introduces the role of the engineering contract and the contract management in the construction process of the engineering programs, analyzes the problems in the management of the contract management of the engineering programs in China, and points out respective measures and illustrates the contract risk recognition should be erected, and the claim management mechanism and the professional management team be established.
