建筑设计的过程管理与控制

摘要

通过归纳目前建筑设计过程中存在的问题，证实了设计阶段加强管理与控制的重要性，从合同管理、进度控制、成本和质量控制、人员素质管理等方面进行了论述，对建筑工程设计项目的管理有一定指导意义。%According to sum up the problems in the architectural design process currently, the paper proves the importance of improving the management and control at the design stage, and indicates from the contract management, the progress control, the cost and quality control, and the management of the personnel＇ s quality, so as to have the direction significance for the design programs management of the architectural projects.
