高校修缮工程管理中的问题及对策

摘要

According to the management features of renovation project in college, this article analyzes issues in the aspects including bidding, contract signing, construction management and verification and so on and provides with solutions which based on the three main aims control： construction quality, pricing, speed, with a view to realize effective control of project quality, cost and schedule.%依据高校修缮工程管理的特点，剖析了在招投标、合同签订、施工管理、审核等各个环节存在的问题，并基于工程质量、造价、进度的三大目标控制提出了具体的对策，以实现项目质量、造价、进度的有效控制。
