According to Marx＇ s Law of value theory and the price formation theory, the paper illustrates the components and the realization channels of the unit price of quota labor, analyzes the problems involved in the measurement of the unit price of quota labor, and points out the measurement of the unit price of quota labor and the reference methods for the adjustment, so as to direct the work for the local cost management departments.%摘要：根据马克思价值规律学说和价格形成理论，阐述了定额人工单价的构成，实现的途径。结合具体情况，对定额人工单价测定中涉及的问题进行了分析，提出了定额人工单价测定及调整的参考方法，以期指导地方造价管理部门的实际工作。
