结合自身工作经验，针对项目管理工作进行了总结，分别阐述了建设单位、设计单位、施工单位等建设参与方的工作要点，并介绍了品牌项目经理的建设方法及劳务控制策划，以期指导实践，保证工程项目科学有序运作。%Combining with self working experience, this paper summarizes project management, respectively illustrates construction participa- tors＇ working points including building unit, design unit, and construction unit and so on, and introduces construction methods and labor con- trolling of brand project manager, with a view to guide practice and to ensure scientific and orderly operation of engineering project.
