谈如何加强建筑施工企业合同管理

Through analyzing contract management, in light of common problems encountering in construction enterprise contract management, the paper puts forward system construction of contract management, strengthening construction enterprise contract signing, strictly following con- tract items, and preserving regal rights of enterprises with laws, with a view to improve economic benefits of the enterprise.%通过对合同管理的分析，围绕建筑施工企业合同管理中的常见问题，提出搞好合同管理的制度建设，有针对性地加强建筑施工企业的合同签订，履约过程中严格执行合同条款，用法律维护企业合法权益，以提升企业的经济效益。
