谈高校修缮工程招标规范化管理

摘要

从加强高校修缮工程招标规范化管理的意义入手，根据高校修缮工程现状中存在的未严格执行招投标制度、资格审查流于形式、招标文件不规范等问题，建议从严格执行招投标制度、加强资格审查、进一步完善招标文件等角度予以完善，以达到预期目标。%From the meaning of regulated management of the bidding for the repair projects in colleges, the paper suggests to execute strict bid- ding system, to enhance the qualification check, and to improve the bidding documents according to some problems in the college repair pro- jects, including the loose execution of the bidding system, the mere formality of the qualification checking, and the unregulated bidding docu- ments, so as to achieve the expected aims.
