谈建筑工程施工索赔

摘要

With an introduction on the identification and classification of engineering claim,taking the building construction engineering of urban-rural-integration-area in 2011,this paper explores the theme of construction claim,and points out some work needing done,such as grasping rational claim opportunity,grasping claim techniques,and establishing claim management system,which has higher practical value for construction unit.%分别介绍了工程索赔的含义及分类,以2011年某城乡结合部房建工程为例,探讨了施工索赔的要旨,指出应做好几方面工作：抓住合理的索赔时机,掌握索赔技巧,建立索赔管理系统,对施工单位具有很高的实用价值。
