基于激光扫描的钢板尺寸自动测量系统

摘要

This paper presents a laser-based scanning of automatic measurement scheme in detecting the steel plate size,which uses laser scanners,data acquisition card and industrial control computer,and calculating the steel plate size by picking the boundary points.The experiments show that the scheme has high precision,low cost and good static repeatability.%提出了一种基于激光扫描的钢板尺寸自动测量方案,该方案利用激光扫描仪、数据采集卡和工控机对钢板进行自动测量,并通过拾取钢板的边界特征点来计算钢板尺寸,实验表明,该方案不仅检测精度高、成本低,且输出稳定性好。
