论云南“十二五”水利科技发展思路

摘要

Combining with the features of the water conservancy,the paper sums up the scientific research in the ＂Eleventh Five-year＂ to improve the volume of the science and technology of all works in water conservancy and enhance the progress in science and technology,and illustrates the important research topics and the development of the science and technology in ＂Twelfth Five-year＂ of Yunnan,so as to promote the important significance of the development in water conservancy science and technology.%结合水利工作的特点,为提高水利各项工作科技含量,推动科技进步,总结了＂十一五＂期间科研工作,论述了云南省＂十二五＂科技发展重点研究课题和科技发展思路,对水利科技发展水平的全面提升有着重要意义。
