结构基于性能的抗震设计分析讨论

摘要

阐述了基于性能的抗震设计的方法和一些基本理论,针对超限高层建筑需要做超限审查报告,提出该结构的抗震性能目标和性能水准以及一些建议性的措施,包括利用分析软件找到结构的性能点,薄弱层加强措施等,以使抗震设计满足功能需要。%The paper illustrates the methods for the anti-seismic design based on the performance and some basic theories,and points out the anti-seismic performance target and some suggestive measures of the structure,including the adoption of analytic software to find the performance points of the steel structure and the improving measures of the weak layers,according to the necessary overrunning inspection report of the overrunning high-rise buildings,so as to meet the functional demands of the anti-seismic design.
