探讨施工单位如何有效控制工程造价

摘要

In light of characteristics of construction project, such as large engineering quantities, long construction schedule, and complicated price composition, this paper explores how to effectively control engineering cost for construction units, puts forward cost controlling methods from five aspects of contract management, improving engineering cost management level, construction management, claim management, and setdement management, in order to realize project cost targets.%针对建设项目工程量大,建设周期长,价格构成复杂的特点,探讨了施工单位如何有效控制工程造价,提出可以从合同管理、提高工程造价管理工作水平、施工管理、索赔管理、结算管理五个方面着手进行造价控制,以确保项目成本目标的实现。
