结合某滨海住宅小区多栋建筑桩基础设计,通过比较预应力混凝土管桩和灌注桩的承载力效率、经济效率指标,对桩基础方案进行了优化设计,达到了节约投资的目的。%Integrating with the design of multiple building pile foundation in the coastal residential area. through comparing the bearing efficiency and economic efficiency indexes of prestressed concrete pipe pile and cast pile, optimal design is carried out for the pile foundation scheme, which achieves the goal of saving investment.
