谈建设单位对铁路更新改造项目的投资控制

摘要

According to the design was relatively simple, investment was lesser, implementation process and coordination work complex, unpredictable factors was much, investment control problem was big and other features of railway renovation projects, this paper analysed the development organization how to implement investment control to the railway renovation projects, and put forward some suggestions, so as to made effective control to renovation projects investment.%针对铁路更新改造项目工程设计相对简单,投资额较小,实施过程和协调工作复杂,不可预见因素多,投资控制难度大等特点,就建设单位如何对铁路更新改造项目的投资实施控制进行了分析,并提出建议,以实现对更改项目投资的有效控制。
