谈建设单位对工程造价的控制管理

摘要

Combining with complexity and diversity of construction engineering project cost, starting from construction unit, this paper puts forWard whole process cost controlling measures of construction project including decision phase, design phase, bidding and contract signing phase, construction phase, and completion and settlement phase, with a view to control engineering cost to a maximum degree.%结合建设工程项目造价的复杂多变性,从建设单位的角度入手,提出了建设项目全过程的造价控制措施,包括立项决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标及合同签订阶段、施工阶段、竣工决算阶段,以期最大限度地控制工程造价。
