摘要

结合电力工程项目的质量管理实践,就QC小组活动如何在质量管理过程中更好的实施提出了自己的观点,并分析了QC小组活动与技术总结的区别,为达到工程项目的质量控制目标提供指导。%Combining with the quality management practice of the electric power engineering, the paper points out the own opinions on how to implement the QC group activities in the process of the quality management, and analyzes the differences between the QC group activities and the technical summery, so as to provide the direction for the quality control aims of the engineering programs.
