论白俄罗斯低能耗住宅技术升级路线

摘要

Combining with the regional and climate features of cold areas in Eastern European areas,the paper analyzes the development trend of the low-consumption architectural technique in White Russia and the update route of the low-consumption buildings and the cases of the existing architectural energy-saving reconstruction,so as to have the reference significance for the residential energy-saving reconstruction in China.%结合东欧地区寒冷地区的地域与气候特征,对低能耗建筑技术在白俄罗斯的发展动向和低能耗建筑改造升级路线与既有建筑节能改造的案例进行了分析,对我国的住宅节能改造有借鉴意义。
