结合具体工程实例,针对住宅小区地下车库施工过程中及竣工后存在的各类渗漏现象进行了分析,阐述了各类渗漏产生的原因,并分别提出相应的防治措施,以期指导实践,保证地下车库的使用效果和结构安全。%Combining with specific engineering case,the essay analyzes various seepage phenomena existing in construction and completion of underground garage in residential district,and respectively seepage causes and puts forward corresponding preventive measures,so as to guide practice and to guarantee the utilization effect and structural safety of the underground garage.
