Combining with factual engineering examples,the paper introduces the construction craft of the treatment of underwater soft-base embankment with ultra-high filling blasting compaction method,illustrates the construction points and precautions of the construction method,and points out the adoption of the ultra-high filling blasting compaction method can exert the coupling role of the gravity and the dynamic loading and squeezing silt to the maximum,so it can ensure the treatment effect of the soft foundation and reduce the explosive consumption.%结合具体工程实例,介绍了超高填爆破排淤法处理水下软基筑堤的施工工艺,阐述了该技术施工要点及注意事项,指出采用超高填爆破排淤法能够最大限度发挥自重与动载挤淤的联合作用,既保证软基处理效果,又可减少炸药单耗。
