谈项目成本信息化管理

摘要

结合建筑行业特点，阐述了建筑企业信息化管理的必要性，针对目前处于起步阶段信息化管理中存在的各类问题进行了分析，提出了进一步完善信息化平台的具体措施，以期指导实践，提升企业管理能力。%Combining with the features of the architectural ：industry, the paper illustrates the necessity for the information management of the architectural enterprises, analyzes the problems in the information management at the starting stage, and points out the measures for the further improvement of the information platform, so as to direct the practice and to promote the management capacity of the enterprises.
