Based on many years＇ thermal power pipeline construction experience, the paper shows thermal expansion calculation formula ot thermal power pipeline, and mainly describes the selection and installation matters of common pipeline compensators, with a view to achieve effective compensation goal and to meet thermal pipeline users＇ demand.%根据近几年的热力管道施工经验，给出了热力管道的热膨胀伸缩量计算公式，并重点阐述了常用管道补偿器的选用及安装注意事项，以达到有效补偿的目的，进而满足热力管网用户的需求。
