Combining with GB 50500-2008 Valuation Norms of Construction Project Quantities Bill,in light of construction contract management under project quantities bill mode,the essay specifically describes valuation method,engineering change valuation,and construction contract claim and other aspects,with a view to guide practice and to promote the improvement of domestic construction contract management level.%结合GB 50500-2008建设工程工程量清单计价规范,针对工程量清单模式下的施工合同管理,从计价方式,工程变更计价及施工合同索赔等方面入手进行了具体阐述,以期指导实践,促进我国建筑业合同管理水平的提高。
