By the comparison of the heating ways in proposed buildings,the paper analyzes the influence of the reconstruction scheme on the construction cost,illustrates the economical and realistic significance of the architectural energy-saving,and points out the feasibility for the alteration of the heating ways,so as to direct the practice.%通过对拟建住宅楼供暖方式的比较,并简要分析了改造方案对建设成本的影响,阐述了建筑节能经济性的现实意义,提出改变供暖方式的可行性,以期指导实践。
