劳务承包市场存在的主要问题及对策研究

摘要

针对当前国内劳务承包市场存在的包工头资金实力不足,能力不足,工人的安全保障不足等问题进行了分析,并分别提出了相应的对策和处理办法,包括提高安全认识,做好工人各项保障,积累资金等,以期指导实践。%This paper analyzes problems existing in current domestic labor contract market,such as contractors＇ insufficient funds and capacity,workers＇ insufficient safety guarantee etc,and respectively puts forward corresponding countermeasures and treatment methods including improving safety consciousness,and doing well in workers＇ insurance and funds accumulation and so on,so as to guide practice.
