住宅小区规划设计中应注意的问题

摘要

According to the present function was not perfect,group layout unreasonable,service facilities were lack and other problems existed in the planning and design of residential district,this paper discussed matter should pay attention to in the planning and design of residential district,including the humanities environment,ecological environment,function division,security systems and other contents,so as to guide the practice,provide a good living environment for people.%针对目前小区规划设计方面存在的功能不完善,组团布局不合理,服务设施缺乏等问题,探讨了住宅小区规划设计中应注意事项,包括人文环境,生态环境,功能分区,安全防卫系统等内容,以期指导实践,为人们提供良好的居住环境。
