从城市文化的认知出发,基于规划视角来辨识城市文化的表征,以新加坡为例,梳理城市文化的建设路径,指出文化发展战略、城市空间的营造、文化生活的注入以及强有力的政策保障措施是其提升城市文化品质的主要方面。%To begin with the cognition of city culture,based on the planning perspective,the essay identifies the characterization of city culture,taking Singapore as an example,it combs city culture construction strategies,and points out major factors for improving city culture quality including culture development strategy,city space creation,adding culture life,and powerful policy guarantee measures.
