谈控制工程造价的几个因素

摘要

从工程造价控制的实质入手,分别归纳总结了立项、设计、施工等不同阶段控制工程造价的重点及具体要求,以期指导实践,将工程造价控制在投资限额内,随时纠正发生的偏差,保证项目投资目标顺利实现。%To begin with the nature of engineering cost control,this paper respectively summarizes engineering cost control points and specific requirements at the phase of project approval,design and construction and other phases,with a view to guide practice,to control engineering cost within investment limitation amount,to timely correct deviation,and to guarantee smooth realization of project investment target.
